Can Solar Car Chargers Work Without Having The Key To The Car Turned To Accessory?

I intend to install solar trickle charger in my car. Most of them have a cigarette lighter plug-in for easy installation.
But I'm not sure if it really going to charge the battery. I can not get power to the plug-ins cigarette lighter without having the key is turned to "accessory". If I were to connect a solar charger, I'm afraid that does not work, simply because there is complete return to the battery while the key there is no ignition. ... Continue Reading Here..)
