I recently came to the U.S., where V is mainly gas instead of the coil of the gas flame normal in India. I meet a lot of problems when cooking chapatis, I can not understand how to make them soft and well cooked on gas spooler. I have a Tawa, but still remain half chapati or cooking of certain places or are overcooked n hard. I can not find time to keep on the gas. Even if I cook with the same method as I did in India to get good, smooth fully cooked chapati n always fail. Please suggest what I can do. Continue Reading Here..)
